The problem is in lpr limitations. The file is just too large. lpr normally copies files to be printed. So, the max size is limited. But, all is not lost. For disk files, usr 'lpr -s <file>' and, lpr will use a sumbolic link, rather than copy the file. So, from netscape, save the image to disk and then print is with the '-s' switch. To save the image to disk, I think you can use the right mouse button to get a menu containing a 'save this image as' item.
