I don't think the 243F is okay, or else it is my other Conner drive
that is giving problems:

(ncr0:3:0): "CONNER CFA540S 13B0" type 0 fixed SCSI 2
sd3(ncr0:3:0): Direct-Access
sd3(ncr0:3:0): FAST SCSI-2 100ns (10 Mb/sec) offset 8.
515MB (1056708 512 byte sectors)

I tried moving the conner drives to their own SCSI controller,
so that I could determine which bus was locking up, and it turned out that
the bus with the Conner drives was the one that halted.

After being woken up this morning, again, with a Bus hang, I'm
currently looking at picking up a Quantum drive to replace the Conner, but
if someone wants to suggest another solution, I'm open ears...I just need to
get a stable system up and running, and this SCSI Bus hang is pretty much the
last problem I need to get rid of :(
