 problem seems to be that this port doesn't handle
 "MANCOMPRESSED=yes" (in /etc/make.conf) quite well, actually not at
 all.
 
 the manpages are installed non compressed in /usr/local/man/man[13],
 yet packaging/install list is generated w/ ".gz".  that breaks not
 only the packaging, but also the man pages are not removed (due to
 above mentioned problem) on deninstall/pkg_delete obviously.
