6.0-CURRENT after the sio changes.

In the minicom port,

After the sio changes, cuaa0 becomes cuad0.  The install portion of this
asks you to choose an 'X' for cuaaX ... and this needs to change to
cuadX after the sio change.

>How-To-Repeat:
Build /usr/portrs/comms/minicom on 6.0-CURRENT.
