Following is an error I get when I tried to install (ftp) 3.1-current on a
FreeBSD-Alpha machine (Workstation 200 4/166).
Everything went fine until it was downloading the ports dist then the
following error showed up.

************************************
/pmint/usr: create/sdymlink failed, n o inodes free
47 (cpio), uid 0 on /mnt/usr: out of inodes
************************************

followed/preceded by

****************************
pid 47 (cpio, uid 0 on /mnt.usr; out of inodes
******************************

Both error messages keep on scrolling down the screen. Have to halt the
system.
What can be causing this and how can I solve it?
Thanks,

Alain
