hello all having just cvsupped to 3.1-stable im going though some pains in getting the shared libs it work correctly. one of the main problems that im hitting is getting ldconfig to work with the paths that are passed to it from rc.conf. i've added entries for the aout dirs to the ldconfig_paths and can see them load during boot but still have to come back and manualy run ldconfig -aout to create the /var/run/ld.so.hints file then ldconfig -aout -m <paths> to get old aout bins to work correctly. i have a feeling that im going about something wrong there. if someone could point me to a resource that could help me muddle though this it would be great.
