- Update to 1.10.8

The library changes from .so.0.7 to .so.0.8 but as far as I see from
http://botan.randombit.net/relnotes/1_10_8.html
the change seems to be a longer HMAC length limit.

I can confirm it to be working with current devel/monotone with no changes (via
.so.0 symlink).
Might need bumping on: dns/bind10 dns/bundy dns/powerdns dns/powerdns-devel
security/softhsm.
