To piggyback on what was posted before:

1)  Check your BIOS settings.  You may have 'overtuned' your system.  Try
reverting the BIOS back to it's defaults.  

2)  Sig11's can also indicate defective cache and memory.  If resetting
the BIOS doesn't help, try replacing your SIMMs.
