Try rebuilding all of the KDE ports and associated dependencies..something
looks out of sync.

cd /usr/ports/x11/kde11
make ALWAYS_BUILD_DEPENDS=1 FORCE_PKG_REGISTER=1 all install clean

and go and get a large cup of coffee :-)
