These are *all* bogus, no ports depends on php5-pcre or php5-spl. You 
should have something wrong in bsd.php.mk.

Yes, I have missed it. I only read your "[ HEADS UP ] Ports unstable for 
the next 10 days" and the Erwin message about no sweeping commits until 
7.3-RELEASE.
