Should anyone be interested, I am willing to donate the time/space for a FreeBSD-sparc website... although time is someone limited, once its created, there shouldn't be more then a couple hours of work on it per week, so I don't believe that would be a problem. And as for space... well, freebsd is a non profit project, so I should have no problem getting my company to host it. Let me know how the rest of you guys feel about this. If the response is good, I'll work on it right away.
