Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am running FreeBSD 2.2.2 RELEASE and having much fun with it. The only
thing that is mysterious about it is that something seems to manipulate the
rc.conf since it gradually grows in size. First time I recognized that, it
already had a size of more than 200k!! The genuine size should be aroung 7k
depending on the entries made.
Moreover am I running the samba package to be able to have access from
WindowsNT-Clients. I don't know whether this may have any influence on
rc.conf.

I will send you my "whatever-happened-to-it-rc.conf" for your information
and the samba.log as well.

Hope to hear from you sonn, regards,

Anderl
