Hello.
While doing this nasty horrible reinstalling task of XFree86-4.2
I have trouble in installing freetype.

freetype2 won't install, I receive an error like this:
---------------
Error expanding embedded variable.

--------------

When installing freetype1 instead, it gets installed in /usr/local, so XFree86 does not
compile correctly due to the fact the installer in XFree-4-libraries does not recognize
'freetype/freetype.h'.

The whole new installation scheme of XFree86-4, Sirs, is that what I call 'a heap of shit'.
Sorry to say that, but if you have to maintain a bunch of systems, you will acknowlegde this.
It is easier to do this by hand than by the ports collection ...

Thanks in advance,

Oliver
