It is not difficult.  Download the NetBSD package to use as a
reference/base, and then refer to the FreeBSD Porter's Handbook
<http://www.freebsd.org/porters-handbook/>.  Some of the files will
need to be renamed, and/or modified.  I'm not aware of a more
automated methodology.
