The same behavior is on em1 - em7. em0 changes status to down, if cable unplugged.

But result is the same. I downloaded latest sources from cvs, which contains version 6.9.9 of the driver, but it failed to build (do to some unrelated error) so I couldn't try it.

Despite this, the card seems to work fine (at least pinging and copying thru ssh works).

Problem is on tree different machines with Intel PRO/1000 PT quad port adapters.

FreeBSD 6.x does not have this problem.
