hi there! i was installing freeBSD 2.2.5 on a digital server 3000 via cd. the installation process went fine, but when i got the system to boot up, the ethernet adapter wasn't working properly. i can ping the locahost's IP address but i can't ping anything else. i also noticed that the LED's on the adapter were not working. does the driver (de0) included in the installation kernel have a problem with the digital server 3000 ethernet adapter? thanks for all the help! ian kenneth Resistance is futile. -the Borg To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
