/etc/rc.d/named: WARNING: failed to start named

It is not my first BIND installation but first time for me that rc.d/named script failed to start named.
I installed /dns/bind99 from ports script not works, then restart server but still same problem.

I can start bind just with command "named -d 3"

>How-To-Repeat:
/usr/ports/dns/bind99; make install clean
/etc/rc.d/named onestart
