nope.

and that's the sort of knowledge that the portsdb project aims to collate
into one place.

(incidentally, 1700 is very old. As another poster to this thread
said, the IANA list ftp://ftp.isi.edu/in-notes/iana/assignments/port-numbers
is the canonical source of IANA assigned ports.)
