People like this only know enough to be dangerous.  Real dangerous to 
you.  When the system goes down which itshoulds like it will in the 
near future, you will be blamed as the cause of the disruption. 
Forget the facts, he will be trying to cover is .... and you will be 
a convenient scapegoat.  His bosses will be forced to go with him or 
admit they are incompetent at hiring people.  Thats not likely to 
happen.
