	It doesn't happen with DOS or Windows (when I had Windows) but it 
does happen with my other keyboards.

	I haven't had a chance to test it on other shells or terminal 
emulations, which could possibly be the problem, but I doubt it. I'll 
just have to learn to type OS and such slower... sigh. =|
