Auch, havn't thought of that one :)
This looks like a "hostile takeover" of some kind, could be fun if
it worked:

"Tired of that linux system ?? well, just copy our kernel ontop
of the old one..."

I think however that there are toomany hidden obstacles before
this will work, but it could be fun if it worked...
