1st case - he/she already installed 3.3.1: X331contrib.tgz will still
	be there because the pre-fetch phase hardlinked
	X331contrib.tgz to X33contrib.tgz 

2nd case - 3.3.1 was not yet installed. Make will fetch X331contrib.tgz

I will not fight on this :-) If you prefer to revert to the 3.3
makefile and add a comment, go and commit it!
