Nope, they're not there yet. We'll discuss the best way to solve this in
the nearby future.

I discussed this with Daniel Dunbar some time ago and we both agreed the
best way to do it, would be to add a new attribute. We can then use
_KERNEL in <sys/cdefs.h> to let __printflike() use one attribute or the
other.
