Please:

1.  Wrap your lines!
2.  Be considerate of the html-deficient.  Pine translates it but I bet
Elm doesn't.
3.  Be considerate of the html-blessed.  Triple bigger probably makes it
72 point text.  This is a character terminal so it's ignored.

Did you put the CDROM in the drive before booting?

atapi.flp doesn't exist, that's old docs.  It's all in boot.flp now.
