I did this awhile ago an my only comment is that the conversion script 
can't handle multiple "directory" directives. If you use more than one,
the last one declared is the one that gets used in the new named.conf.
(On this particular box I was babysitting a bunch of zones for 
someone else, so I had all their files in a seperate subdir)

Just thought I'd share that.
