I'd like to see it in 4.1-RELEASE. :-)
In any way, IPv6 supprted libftpio is required for sysinstall.  If new
fetch(1) is not in time, I wish to commit IPv6 support for existing
fetch(1).  Otherwise only FTP will be IPv6 aware.
