Here in the U.S. where TDMA is King, the only phone that I know that 
definitely supports custom graphics is the 8260.  There may be others, but 
it seems to be a well-kept secret which ones support it.  Even Nokia's site 
doesn't offer any information on which phones support the feature or how to 
use it.  There's apparently no sense that it's a feature people really want 
here. :-/
