Try:

env PACKAGESITE=3Dftp://ftp-archive.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD-Archive/ports/i=
386/packages-9.0-releases/Latest/ pkg_add -r vim-lite

NOTE: That is a single command to be written on a single-line.
