From what I understand, the Inspiron's are remarked Quantex laptops. I could
be wrong, but you may be able to get a better deal / more options through
Quantex.

Before I got my laptop (latitude) from CHC, my primary computer (at home) was
a Quantex PC, and they really do have good service and such.
