Hi All, I have a FreeBSD 4.3-RELENG_4_3 system that's exhibiting high network collision rates when connected to a Debian GNU/Linux 2.2r3 system. I have only observed these collisions since updating from FreeBSD 4.2 and more-so since upgrading hardware to 8139 NICs. The collisions seem to occur mostly with transfer of large amounts of data i.e. scp of small files doesn't cause many/any. The FreeBSD system is dual-homed using a pair of 10/100 NICs one of which connects to the Debian system via a pair of LinkSys Workgroup hubs= and 10base2 cable. Here are the relevant rc.conf entries and output from ifconfig.
