FYI Here's what I was using in Munich via Deutsche Telekom, not using a PBX
to a Munich provider (089 = Munich, "..." to protect the innocent )

local-phone-incoming    = 26023...
local-phone-dialout     = 8926023...
remote-phone-incoming   = 8932479...
remote-phone-dialout    = 32479...
