And BTW, the system identifier is also *not* used by browsers when displaying the page; it is there more for the benefit of humans reading it, or some kind of automated processing tools that should be aware of differences and extensions. The fact that we're keeping the original XHTML sysid does not mean that we are forcing people all over the world to fetch the DTD from the URL it contains; it just means that we have not bothered to change it when there is little reason to do so :) Of course, this is all my personal opinion, not to be taken as any kind of official opinion or stance of the FDP :) G'luck, Peter --=20 Peter Pentchev roam@ringlet.net roam@sbnd.net roam@FreeBSD.org PGP key: http://people.FreeBSD.org/~roam/roam.key.asc Key fingerprint FDBA FD79 C26F 3C51 C95E DF9E ED18 B68D 1619 4553 =2Esiht ekil ti gnidaer eb d'uoy ,werbeH ni erew ecnetnes siht fI --81cS/AQiHTJECVaz Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.2 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQE/Mgk57Ri2jRYZRVMRAjGHAJ9l10/L4jSlZtMSq+amG06I3FvyVgCfekzc w8E1T92iFLcc7vHkNmelv2s= =Qbb9 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --81cS/AQiHTJECVaz--
