The only usb changes made from the system that works and the one that hangs are the following: # Edit file src/sys/dev/usb/usbdevs * Update to 1.11.2.48 (at 2003-09-02 14:35:17 by joe) # Edit file src/sys/dev/usb/usbdevs.h * Update to 1.32.2.45 (at 2003-09-02 14:35:57 by joe) # Edit file src/sys/dev/usb/usbdevs_data.h * Update to 1.32.2.45 (at 2003-09-02 14:35:57 by joe) # Edit file src/sys/dev/usb/uvisor.c * Update to 1.7.2.6 (at 2003-09-02 14:35:17 by joe) I haven't tried disconnecting it. My system hangs during the boot to single user mode to do the installworld. I don't see any point in completing the boot and doing the installworld. The only thing plugged into the hub is a MS Sidewinder Precision 2 Joystick and a MS Sidewinder game voice. Kent -- Kent Stewart Richland, WA http://users.owt.com/kstewart/index.html
