I've got the Xen gdbserver running and I've patched kgdb to attach via
tcp. I'm currently working on getting a copy of kgdb that can accept
the amd64 registers gdbserver sends. My understanding id kgdb detects
the architecture from the kernel file. In this case it will be wrong as
the kernel is i386 but the arch is amd64.
