There is a difference (see my post earlier), or:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trademark

Copyright pertains to the source code.  Trademark pertains to the use of 
signs, symbols, names, logos, etc.
