Hey All,

Trying to build Perl5.8 and keep getting error messages. This is a
new installation under 7.1Release. Already did a make clean and
portsnap. Any ideas appreciated. Here is the ouput.

.....snip.......
Extracting Policy.sh (with variable substitutions)
Extracting utils/Makefile (with variable substitutions)
Extracting writemain (with variable substitutions)

Configure done.

If you compile perl5 on a different machine or from a different object
directory, copy the Policy.sh file from this object directory to the
new one before you run Configure -- this will help you with most of
the policy defaults.
