Yes, use the lpd/lprng with the foomatic-rip script from
http://www.linuxprinting.org/ and the original ppd from your
printer.

After the setup you can call do somting like that:

lpr -zInputSlot=1stTray -zDontKnowDuplexArg=Duplex file.ps
