My desktop computer can be booted with a standard freebsd 4.4 CD-ROM, but it halted at the screen asking me "a standard installation" or "custom installation" or "Expressed installation" etc. I have a intel 82810 mainboard, with on-board display adapter and sound, with an extra display(sis 5596) adapter (for dual dispaly) and a NIC, a modem installed on PCIs. It seems as if only keyboard cannot send a thing to system. Maybe it's a bug. The CD-ROM runs OK on other machines. _________________________________________________________________ 与联机的朋友进行交流,请使用 MSN Messenger: http://messenger.microsoft.com/cn To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
