I think I need to read the scsi standard in order to figure out how to get scsi(8) to do what I need it to do. I've found a place to get a lot of scsi standards on the net, but there's too many of them, I don't know the name of the one I would really need. Does anyone know either the title or numerical designation of the relevant scsi standard that I'd need to be able to manipulate my wide/fast drive with? ----------------------------+----------------------------------------------- Chuck Robey | Interests include any kind of voice or data chuckr@glue.umd.edu | communications topic, C programming, and Unix. 213 Lakeside Drive Apt T-1 | Greenbelt, MD 20770 | I run Journey2 and picnic (FreeBSD-current) (301) 220-2114 | and jaunt (NetBSD). ----------------------------+----------------------------------------------- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-scsi" in the body of the message
