Why would you want to run an OS on another OS? Also, why would FreeBSD
want to provide "REAL SOLUTIONS for NT"? I've installed and ran NT at
work for the past eight years and have only used FBSD for about 8
months. Give me a FBSD machine over winblows any day. (And this coming
from an MCSE+I)

Have you looked at Exceed by Hummingbird Communications? And you
obviously did not read the info on Windows NT Services for Unix. And I
quote:
"The Microsoft Windows NT Services for UNIX Add-On Pack provides access to
core interoperability components in an integrated, fully supported
package. Benefits include lower deployment costs, improved support for
mixed environments, and the most complete integration with current and
future Windows NT-based technologies and initiatives." Bottom line...it's
a SERVICE that runs on NT to connect to a Unix machine.

XFree and Gnome running on NT? <gasp!!!> What unix component run under
windoze? I haven't seen any yet that provide the same functionality as on
a FreeBSD machine.

I'm curious...how did it take you SIX DAYS to install NT? If it takes
that long to install something that an monkey can be trained to do, why
were you trying to install an OPERATING SYSTEM that requires one to know
the specifics of their system on top of another operating system that will
do a mindless install of it's own?

Each OS has it's own particular strengths and weaknesses. But as I become
more and more familiar with FreeBSD, Windows is quickly taking a back
seat. If you have questions, ask them. There are people here who are
very good at providing solutions. But not when you rant and rave.
