What is a good ATM switch

I am looking at the Marconi ASX series
and the Avaya Cajun

are these good ?

I want to use them to build a backbone (fiber , singlemode over 40km )
using IPoA , I need the links to be resilient

at first I will have 3 nodes in the mesh network all connected together

Does anyone knows good and affordable ATM switches that can handle
up to 10Gbits ? even less would still be ok , as long as they are cheaper
and have a maximum of features

Thanks for any pointers or advices
