Hello people,

I wanted to commit a fix to docs/man.html today, but Simon mentioned
that this file should probably just die as it has tendency to get out
of date, and it seems like a wise idea. It looks like linking man.cgi
  whould be enough. Any objections?

(the mentioned fix was intended to fix broken link to 7-CURRENT man
pages and to remove 4-STABLE link as we do not store those man
   pages.)
