  security/py-cryptography: Update to 2.0.3
  
  - Update LICENSE section, now Dual-licensed
  - Update dependencies and minimum versions
  - Enable concurrent Python feature
  - Remove upstreamed patch
  - Remove version support declaration from pkg-descr
