I've committed the sgml conversion tools to freebsd-current. Have a look at http://www.freebsd.org/~jfieber/doc for more information. Then, http://www.freebsd.org/How/handbook is an HTML version of FreeBSD Handbook as it exists in -current. I have two more final exams and then I'll be working on this project more intensely and will bring in various other pieces that people have submitted.
