Agreed.  With the FAQ now written in SGML, including the
bibliography in the FAQ should be a simple entity reference to
the bibliography in the handbook.

BTW, /usr/src/share/FAQ will be removed completely as soon as the
If finish integrating everything in there now into
/usr/src/share/doc/FAQ and /usr/src/share/doc/handbook.
