There was a recent message on this list a few days ago where someone (I 
think it was JKH) was wishing for a way to disable the "-j" option during 
install worlds.  Why not use make's .NOTPARALLEL special target for the 
installworld (and reinstall) targets?  Does it present other problems that 
breaks the install or something?
