Is it another mailing list, or private email? (Having read all this year's mail archives, I'll put my neck on the line and say it isn't here. Who's in charge of documenting _this project_? I get the feeling that this project's bottleneck is reading hardware specs. Are there any research problems that someone with time could look at?
