It did not help for me :/ This is more information about my pcm driver:
pcm0: <ESS Technology Allegro-1> port 0x1400-0x14ff at device 8.0 on pci0
pcm0: failed to enable memory mapping!

pcm0: Codec features 20 bit DAC, 20 bit ADC, 5 bit master volume, ESS
Technology Stereo Enhancement
pcm0: Primary codec extended features double rate PCM
pcm0: sndbuf_setmap 864000, 1000; 0xd1bf4000 -> 864000
pcm0: sndbuf_setmap 865000, 1000; 0xd1bf5000 -> 865000
pcm0: sndbuf_setmap 86b000, 1000; 0xd1bf6000 -> 86b000
pcm0: sndbuf_setmap 87e000, 1000; 0xd1bf7000 -> 87e000

<<<<Add following options into your /boot/loader.conf
(or /boot/loader.conf.local)

boot_verbose="YES"
hw.pci.allow_unsupported_io_range="1"

reboot your box and see if it helps you.
So if not, please provide more information about your
pcm driver status with the next command
$ dmesg | grep ^pcm
