Petr,

(1) you don't have x11/xproto;

(2) your X11BASE is set to /usr/X11R6; X11BASE is now =3D LOCALBASE
    =3D /usr/local.

This means that you probably didn't pass through regular Xorg-7.2
updating procedure described in /usr/ports/UPDATING or you messed
up something e.g. in /etc/make.conf.
