I think what happened is that I had eclipse-devel port installed before the first upgrade. I thought that I didn't need to switch from eclipse-devel to eclipse earlier, because the ports installed the same version of Eclipse, just had different names (and -devel was marked IGNORE). So, I am not 100% sure but I think that it was eclipse-devel-3.4.1 => eclipse-3.4.2 upgrade that produced those broken paths. Sorry for the noise. -- Andriy Gapon
